Who would use use a cafe at the oval ? there is nothing at the oval to attract anyone there to use a cafe!! You cannot tell me people are going to go to the oval specially for a coffee and a bun, a cafe needs to be in a place which brimming with activity already. You ask, "if not a cafe, then what??" may I suggest a bulldozer. Before you suggest otherwise I grew up near the oval and remember how it was throughout the 60's and 70's. You say maybe something for the teens, The old clinic at the Oval, is that not a youth club? my 15 and 13 year old daughters go there 3 or 4 times a week. The Oval used to be a vibrant little community [Pete will certainly confirm that], the bulldozer that I suggested earlier is not a bad idea, either knock the place down and build a communty hall / leisure center or build more homes in keeping with the ones that have replaced the airey houses. The last thing that is needed at the Oval is another failed ,boarded up buisness that was started by someone with all the right intentions, as I believe you genuinely do. I could not begin to tell you how many different businesses have operated in the Oval since it was built in the 50's Is it not time for it to have a complete re-vamp?
couldn't agree more! its been crying out for a revamp before dennis's shut down! they tried putting seats and stuff there but people complianed because the kids sat on them! its definitly still stuck in the fifties. anyway theres busy bees and a cafe at sure start! far to much competition to start with!

Not wanting to throw water on your fire Monsta but Tony Adams went on to captain England in 1994 after being in nick in 1990, Joey Barton may still be in with a chance if he continues playing the way he is capable of, I think he atleast deserves a chance.
tony adams was a drink driver! unlike joey barton who was done for assault!

do you think having a cafe at the oval is a good idea?
there was one there about 2 years ago lasted two months then closed because no one used it! it is the oval most people down there are unemployed or chav's (sorry but its true!) so unless your offering it for free you'll have little business!
-
look rather expensive! what would be the price tag on onw of those? some where in four figures for a 2.4" one!

Just watched one of the best premiership games of all time. The Toon staged the best recovery since the Titanic was raised. 0-4 down at half time to draw at 4-4 and should have won 5-4 . Capello [a fine English name] needs to be told that football is played in places other than London, Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool. Joey Barton has played out of his skin this season, that incident today proved that he can bite his lip, many a player would have retaliated. He has to be one of the best midfielders in the premiership at the moment, so why is Capello not picking him for England [same could be said about Nolan].
simple joey bartons an ex resident of hmp and therefor through away any hope of playing for his country!

You can catch a brief look at the Iconia in the Apple UK marketing arm... sorry I mean BBC... current edition of 'Click'. The program has been expertly edited to show Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer taking about 0.2 seconds to hit the window close box on an Iconia he's balancing in his left hand. Conclusive proof - according to the Beeb fanboys - that Windows 7 is no good at all for touch devices.
how can you say its windows 7 could it not be the touch devices fault i.e the touch screen its self not the o.s?
anyway bbc click are a bunch of idoits anyway what would they know! some of the rubbish they spew out is frankly laughable

Because I think that e-Bay passively encourage this sort of thing because they make money out of it. Dealing them when you have to is like knocking your head against a brick wall, and in this case I don't have to, so I won't! My duty is to consumers, and not to do the job of a faceless American megacorp, which seems only bent on making money out of sellers, and not looking after buyer interests.
You obviously haven't read what I wrote earlier. These flash devices only store a small part of the data submitted to them, but just enough to pass a cursory acceptance test by a gullible buyer. They are totally worthless, and deliberately built as scam devices. If they were just factory seconds they'd still report their paltry capacity correctly. They are A COMPLETE FRAUD; no excuses; no other interpretation. They are also dangerous, in that they are sold as data backup devices, and so could easily result in the loss of costly or irreplaceable data.
what do you expect click uk only on the search next time!

if its a scam why not report them to e-bay?
personally i think there just b grade items they bought from a factory like the pair of sony headphones i got! nowt wrong just the packaging was damaged!
these are probably the same you just got to "pay your money and take your chance!" could be perfect or could simply not work!
