  1. I am not aware of the story but you could have a search of the forums in the top right to see if you can find anything already mentioned or one of our vintage members may be able to help. Welcome to the site too
  2. http://www.techspot.com/downloads/5334-stardock-start8.html Apparently classed as shareware.
  3. Seen this on Twitter earlier. Will Share it to the Bedlington.co.uk Facebook too.
  4. On this not particularly, if you receive an email from a trusted source which appears to be SPAM or not legitimate then advise them to change their email password and select a secure password rather than the generic "Password123" "123456789" It's amazing the amount of people that have poor quality passwords which they will more than likely use for every account they possess. Generally the reason you are receiving SPAM emails from trusted sources is that their password has been compromised. Try the below for secure passwords: http://www.pctools.com/guides/password/
  5. All in all I would say that the 'Big Event 2' was a massive success. There were crowds of people with their deck chairs all sitting around with the kids enjoying the rides and the bandstand. The stalls were all excellent and everyone seemed to be thoroughly enjoying themselves. There must have been a lot of effort by everyone involved and it showed by the numbers of people that were there. The weather definitely helped and there are lots of red faces wandering around the streets of Bedlington. Same again next year and going off the success of this years event there should be more stalls and more local businesses involved in the day. Most of all I think the day showed that if enough people work together to achieve one goal instead of all fighting against each other, something extraordinary can be done. Well done all.
  6. I have been through and amended the first post made by John with the updates thereafter. If you keep posting in here John with updates I can keep going through and adding them to the first post so that the entire timeline appears in one post but the thread consists of discussion and snippets of relevant dates. Will make for a good reference post that people can revert to for dates/information.
  7. Did anyone post 6-1 6-1 6-1 6-1 6-1 6-1 6-1 6-1 6-1 6-1 6-1 6-1 6-1 6-1 6-1 6-1 yet? Looks like this could be going down to the wire as well after Wigan getting a result today and us failing to beat the Hammers. You need to hope that Danny 'the traitor' Graham can perform with Sessegnon's ban being upheld. Stoke will be a tough game for the mackems on Monday night!
  8. For anyone that is interested. http://www.festivalne.com/ If you click Whats On at the top there is a calendar of events.

  17. What's these books you are all prattling on about anyway? Shops for e-books, there's no need.
  18. I can't help with the family connections but welcome (back) to the site, and I wish you the best of luck in your search.

  20. As explained above Keith, This part of the forum is accessible to guests who have not registered so all posts, before being made visible to everyone, have to be approved by a moderator. It helps tackle any unwanted nonsense getting to the public eye.
  21. Newcastle have played more European games at the stadium of light than Sunderland.....just saying.
