Meditation for wellness is beneficial to all age groups. We will be working with the breath to aid in relaxation. By slowing and deepening our breathing it will help you to achieve a meditative state. As part of the class we will explore different meditation techniques.

Meditation has been shown to relieve stress, help with low moods and has been practised for 1000 of years.

First class that you attend is free.
