Ah roast Chicken, spuds, greens, gravy and yorkies can it be any better ??

Although lamb or beef make the best gravy.

Well I made a pheasant casserole and even the kids liked it. Its amazing the things they actually do like if you dont tell them what they are eating. We told them it was wild chicken, Had they been told it was pheasant, they would have gone nowhere near it.

I had to do the same with rabbit..........
