Just purchased a great caravan to do some short holidays in and it has started to rain for the first time in 6 months ........I think its the Cross luck at work.....

Thats exactly the luck I have Brian, welcome to my world. We could have a 2 or 3 month total drought but as soon as I hook the caravan up to the car it would "P" down, then when we come to put the awning up, it would blow a hooley.
