54 or so technologically-challenged "public servants" seem to think that the most transitory closed-architecture gadget from Apple is somehow going to transform their productivity. Amongst the reasons proffered:
Actually, councillor, the best way to save the Council money would be to replace you with someone who knows how to use the technology you've already been provided with at considerable public expense!
And, no; that wasn't a Labourite Thickie. It was a New-gen Cameronian Tory councillor. Though the Labourite Thickies are in on the very same plot!
