I have tried to work out the twitter phenomenon over the weekend... what is it supposed to do?

I`ve just tried to join it to see what it`s all about but get an error message.. 403 Forbidden: The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it.

I`ll try again later..but the way i read it, it`s another social net-working site..Facebook basically.

I only wanted to join as I heard Phillip Schofield is doing it! I have, it seems, only made friends with the telescope at Joderall Bank! Shwicked!

Twitter is just where "celebrities" and friends update what they're doing so you can keep up with them. Basically just like Facebook's statuses. For nosey people and stalkers :P
